If you've stumbled upon this entry without following a link, it probably doesn't concern you, and downloading the files will merely lead to further bewilderment. Basically, this is a helpful service for certain students in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem - recordings of lectures for people who couldn't be in class / follow it.
